Sleepaway Camp Starts Here
Camp Eastwood is an overnight summer camp for boys & girls ages 6-10 (finishing K-4th grade), located in the beautiful Belgrade Lakes region of Maine. We provide young campers the chance to build foundational skills, confidence, and independence in a setting that’s thoughtfully tailored to their age and stage of development. Our 1- and 2-week sessions are designed to prepare children for future success at overnight camp while ensuring they have a joyful, age-appropriate experience right now.
The Camp Eastwood Difference
At Camp Eastwood, everything is intentionally designed for boys and girls at elementary ages; every song, game, and cabin set-up is thoughtfully created to help campers grow. Our first year campers will have the amazing opportunity to help create the energy and passion of Eastwood. In our nurturing, supportive community, we give children a stepping stone that prepares campers for future experiences away from home (and we will have a ton of fun, too!).

Our Story
We are Lauren Beckwith & Stacey Levy — two seasoned camp professionals deeply rooted in the camp world with a dream and a vision. Overnight summer camp defined our careers, and now, as parents, we can’t imagine life for our children or ourselves without it.
We bring nearly a half century of combined experience at Camp Manitou and Camp Somerset. Overnight summer camp is in our bones, and caring for campers is at the heart of everything we do. As elementary school-aged camp specialists, former teachers & college athletes and longtime camp moms, we understand what younger campers need to feel safe, inspired, and joyful. Our new Eastwood program is built from that deep experience blending time-honored traditions with thoughtful innovation, and designed with the whole child in mind. Our goal is to send your child home inspired for their next chapter, whatever that may be, as better community members, friends, teammates, brothers, sisters, daughters and sons.
