Our staff is the heart of our camp. We believe the camper experience is only as strong as the people guiding it. When our staff feel supported, valued, and fulfilled, they’re able to create meaningful, memorable summers for themselves and for every camper in their care.

Preparing You to Lead
We’re looking for individuals who genuinely love working with children and bring strong skills in one of our core activity areas. We want passionate, purpose-driven adults who are seeking to make a real impact.
Counselors do more than lead activities and live in cabins, they’re role models, mentors, and teammates. They join campers for off-site adventures and bunk nights, from hiking and mini-golf to ice cream outings and more.
Staff Training
The summer begins with a week-long, immersive staff orientation where we cover everything from policies and expectations to team building and bonding. This time helps set the tone for the summer and strengthens the foundation of our close-knit camp community.
Throughout the season, we’re committed to making sure our staff are supported, well-rested, well-fed, and have plenty of chances to relax, connect, and enjoy the magic of camp together.
